Well, this green spice marinade recipe is sure to bring back those mesmerizing experiences. Our All- Purpose Green Spice Marinade is made up of a special blend of fresh herbs and spices right from our family garden. In just a few steps, you can achieve the perfect green spice marinade for your chicken, fish, meat and even soup recipes.

KENG’S KITCHEN’S ALL-PURPOSE GREEN SPICE MARINADE


Ingredients

a. 2 Habanero Peppers

b. 1/4  Medium Size Onion

c. 1 Tablespoon Ginger Puree/Powder

d. 3  Garlic Cloves

e. ½ Celery Stalk

f. 2 Petals of Cutmanjo

g. 1 Parsley Sprig

g. 1 Cilantro Sprig

h. 1 Sprig Mint Leave 

i. 1 Petal of Leeks

j. ¼ Cup Dried Rosemary

k. 1 Green Onion

l. 1/4 Cup of Cooking Oil

¼ Cup of water

Preparation

  1. Chop habanero, onion, ginger, garlic, celery, basil, parsley, mint, leeks, cilantro, green onion and into small pieces and pour it into a blender.

  2. Add the dried rosemary, cooking oil and water into the blender and blend into a puree. 

  3. Use the marinade for your all purpose cooking to add flavor to your meat, fish and stews

  4.  Preserve the marinade in a storage bottle or ziplock bag and freeze for later use or use it now for our Cameroon Style Barbecue Chicken Recipe.
